Amy brings a unique perspective to retailing with over two decades of experience in Consumer Products and Grocery Industries. Accomplished in sales development and strategy, she achieved ten years with Whole Foods Market as a Principal Partner working specifically on driving sales and consumer experience.
After gaining valuable experience working at Whole Foods, Amy decided to launch okay tiger, focused on serving clients primarily in the CPG, Food + Beverage, and Cannabis sectors. In 2022, she took on a significant role as C.O.O. and Co-President for a major client, where her primary objective was to enhance and streamline operations across retail, production, and wholesale. In early 2025, Amy completed this project and prepared the company for purchase.
With a background working for international food and health + beauty brands, Amy built a foundation in national sales, analytics, and category management helping CPG brands such as Sara Lee Foods, Chiquita/Fresh Express, Peet’s Coffee, and Icy Hot grow their distribution nationwide.
As a business generalist while at Whole Foods, she innovated and led programs harnessing expertise in merchandising and pricing strategy, marketplace and consumer intelligence, retail experience, and people development. Her passion towards understanding how the consumer thinks is infectious, energizing operators and their staff to look at their business differently.

Amy divides her time among the vibrancy of Portland, the bustling Bay Area, and the sunny shores of Fort Lauderdale, fully enjoying the unique local culture, farmers markets, restaurants, cocktails, and wine.
